That whole set-up looks a little TOO intricate! How do you load the victim onto the wheel? Why so many gears for what’s basically a handle that turns a wheel? No electric lights in this dungeon but the crank device is a mechanical marvel? Why not just lower the victim into the boiling pot with a rope or a chain? Or am I overthinking this?
